The Change Programme
Your 'Change Programme' is the term Barrie uses for his way of working and it generally consists of the following:
- Each consultation is one hour long.
- Each person is unique, therefore the number of consultations will vary.
What will happen during your consultation?
- You will be greeted with a warm smile.
- You will be offered refreshments.
- You will be asked to complete an assessment form.
- Hypnosis will probably be used on your first and subsequent consultations.
- At the end of your consultation, you will be given an opportunity to book a next appointment.
Barrie will work with you, treating you with respect, and as an individual at all times.
Ingredients For Success
Therapy is not something Barrie does to you!
It is a teamwork effort, you will both work together to help get what you want.
Nobody can make you change ; you need to be sufficiently motivated to work with Barrie on resolving your problem.
If you really want to feel change and are willing to be open and honest, come along and visit Barrie.
What Barrie expects from you;
- You need to be motivated to change.
- You need to be willing to 'open your world'.
- You need to trust.
- You need to use/play the CD suggested in-between consultations.
- You need to be willing to complete any suggested therapeutic homework.
What you can expect from Barrie St John;
- He will behave in a completely professional and ethical manner at all times.
- He will treat you in a sensitive and caring manner.
- He will maintain confidentiality throughout your change programme and thereafter.
- And naturally..a warm smile and humour, (where appropriate).
